Clarkson's review of the new 330d
I take it most of you have read this already?
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/dri...ffset=0&page=1 Good read, even though the actual review of the car only takes place in the second half of the second page. I think the most interesting part of it was about the torque. I know a lot has been made about the copious amount of torque that this car has, but from what i read it seems that it hasn't been put to good use. |

Funny old JC - only gave it 2 stars in the end though......
Must say the power delivery in a FWD higher-powered diesel can be distracting, especially in the wet, when the transition to boost at relatively low, ordinary rpm, can catch you out. I imagine the same issues might occur with the 330d - might be hard to meter out that torque?
