107k on my 335is and am getting the turbos replace with some RB OEM Billet turbos. Here is a list of what I'll be replacing with them

Engine/Transmission Mount
Water Pump, Thermostat and Coolant Hose
Oil Pan Gasket and Bolts
Serpentine Belt and Pulleys

Anything else you can think of that would be an opportune time to replace while the car is taken apart?

These aren't as hard to get to but if you haven't done your oil filter housing gasket and valve cover gasket, worth doing.

I agree but I will probably tackle those myself. I'm having a shop take care of the turbos/oil pan gasket. Thank you for the suggestion

you should get an alignment, so might as well get m3 arm upgrade imo.

the rubber seals if using stock inlets
wastegate solenoids
turbo vacuum lines

Have them replace the subframe bushings while they have it dropped for the oil pan also then.

Hmm m3 control arms is a great idea. They'll have easy access to them with the subframe down correct? Replaced wastegate solenoids and vacuum lines a few years ago and going RB inlets so the stocks will be replaced

What about turbo oil and coolant lines? Worth replacing those while at it? They seem pretty pricey
