Crankcase vent hose plug for single port manifold conversion

I am going down the path of the 3 stage manifold conversion on my e91. This was all prompted when I stumbled upon a 2006 330 at the junkyard when I was looking for a drive shaft. I didn’t need it but couldn’t help myself and now here we are.

Problem is the 2006 manifold is the single port where as the manifold it’s replacing is the dual port. I know it will work by plugging one of the holes on the crankcase vent hose. Unfortunately I don’t know the size of plug to order and my local home depot doesn’t have any plugs in stock.

Does anyone know what plug to buy and where to purchase it?

Thanks so much!

Tldr: what size plug and where would I order it to properly plug one of the holes on the crankcase vent hose?
