Strange whirring noise
Car is running perfect no codes but started hearing this noise a few days ago. Gets louder as rpm’s rise so I thought it might be a pulley or something else belt driven but I checked and everything is spinning freely. I’ve driven over 400 miles with the noise and have no issues. Does anyone know what this might be coming from?

Hard to tell from video. Does it sound like a police siren in the distance. Turbos do wine when they start to wear out.
If not I would check the clamps on the charge pipe, make sure they are F'n tight. Also check the intercooler connections. Oem ones leak all the time. I once had a pinched o ring on my t map sensor (on charge pipe) that caused a small boost leak and whistle sound.
