wheels from 335i onto e36?

random question guys do you know if a set of csl reps from a 335i will fit a e36 328i...? i'm trying to sell my wheels and my friend wants to buy them. bad part he owns a e36.

If the rear offset is in the low 30's for 9.5" then, that might be a problem. Some fender modifications will need to be done with stretched tire.

Posting the widths/offsets will be the easiest.
