E90 m47 lose power on 2800 rpm?

Hello friends..I have e90 320d, m47 engine, 2006. I have some problems for a while now...Car shut down turbo when gets to 2800 rpm..Short history: until 1 month ago, car has no power at all..I scaned it with INPA nad ISTA, and got faults 44CC for charge air pressure actuator, and 480A DPF..Anyway, i bought wurth dpf cleaner, and pour it in dpf thru drain for backpressure sensor..Also got Mr.Muscle nad pour that thru egr cooler inlet..After that car got power back, and runs perfectly, turbo started pulling from 1400-1500 rpm, which is great, and runs perfectly until 2800 rpm..At that moment car lose power, accelerate slowly, and than again at 3000 rpm gain power, and again about 3200-3300 rpm lose power, and so on, in high rpm..After 2700-2800 rpm it loks like hiccup, get power/ lose power...I cleand MAF and MAP..Tryed disconecting MAF and no changes..Also tryed disconecting MAP, and turbo doesent start at all...Checked actuator, and as i can see, it runs properly when I unlock car with key fob..I recorded a video of running actuator, and I'll ppst it here, for you to see...Other problem is DPF...i scaned it with ISTA, and it shows 200 km from last regeneration..Forgot to write - both thermostats, 4 glow plugs and glow plug reley replaced recently....As i said 200 km from last regeneration..Amount of soot in dpf about 17gr, and amonut of ash about 60gr.Ill post pictures of that too..Backpressure is the biggest problem..On Idle is about 35 mbar...And while driving a car at about 2200 rpm its about 700mbar...And when i read fault for dpf with ISTA it shows even 1300 mbar backpreassure..Al this time no error on dashnoard for DPF...i got some think for dpf cleaning to pour it in tank, and i will try that too in few days, and force regeneration on higheay, with constant speed and rpm...My question is, is it posible that high backpreassure shuts down turbo when car reach near 3000 rpm, cauze of exesive backpressure? Is that even an option? Or is maybe actuator, map, or turbos variable geometry? I ll post video of actuator working and data for dpf..Please for advice amd help..Thanks and sory for bad english

First 2 pictures are about dpf fault..

Second 2 pictures are about 44cc fault..if am not wrong there u can see position of actuator when error occured..please advice

Actuator video link, and also u have it as GIF file attached
