I’ve gotten myself into a situation where i accidentally closed a pop up window during some updates on ista p, aborting the programming mid session for the cas module. Needless to say the car is now unresponsive, inserting the key does nothing, lights work however. the cas module currently shows a status 12. While researching i’ve come across others who have reprogrammed the cas with winkfp and have had luck. Anyone familiar with this that can give some pointers/ giudance, not really familiar with winkfp? Any help is appreciated.

You can fix it with winkfp.

Press f1 for comfort mode, F3 choose ecu, f4 enter vin, F8 done, f3 prog zb update.

You can only flash CAS with key out of ignition. If you’re uncomfortable with this I’d recommend finding someone to remotely flash your car as you don’t want to create a bigger hole for yourself. Or go on YouTube or the forums and find winkfp tutorial. It’s not very difficult you just need to make sure you have datens loaded and software configured properly
