New car, finding mods, have questions

I'm new to the community, searched the boards and still have some questions

I bought a 2010 E92 with 125k on the odo (I know) from a Subaru dealer that they received on trade-in. The more I mess with it the more mods I'm finding on it. The dealer has no idea what was done to it and I have no way of contacting the previous owner, but everything I'm finding so far seems pretty standard; Burger dual cone intake, oil catch can, etc..

I've got a check engine light for issues involving O2 sensors
Codes:
2c31 Lambda probe in front of catalyst trim control
2c32 Lambda probe in front of catalyst 2 trim control
2c6a Lambda probe after catalyst reversed
2c6b Lambda probe after catalyst system check
2ded power management, closed circuit monitoring
2c2c Lambda probe before catalyst 2 system check
2c2b Lambda probe before catalyst system check

I get under the car to change the 02 sensors and discover I've got a VRSF catless downpipe, so I held off on changing them. Are the above codes consistent with running a catless DP without a tune? I have no idea if this thing is running a tune or not.

Also I have a stutter/hesitation between 3-4k RPM under 50-75% throttle, could the above also possibly be causing this condition. I've changed the plugs and coil packs, and I know they run rich when there's a problem with the O2 sensors.

I know I've got to run a tune with this setup (most likely just going with MHD stage 1), I just don't know if it would fix these particular issues

If you have the MHD app it'll tell you what tune your running if you are or not.

But yes either faulty 02 sensors, or you dont have a tune suppressing the no cat codes.

I would also advise to clear codes and reset all adaptations before driving it lol cause lord knows how long its been running with those codes, and avoid leaning out
