Help me choose

I have a 2013 E92 335i with 83k miles and these forums just have gotten me confused so much. So I have two different oil options and these are the two that I would get Liquid Moly SAE 5w-40 or Mobil 1 5w-40 European car formula ? Which one would you take between these two, no other recommendations please.

As long as it is BMW LL01 approved oil, it will be fine. Get whichever is cheaper.
