Ac not blowing!!

Hey everyone I just wanted to see if anyone has a solution for a problem I am chasing.

The air conditioner fan does not blow at all. Not on heat or cool.

I have replaced the blower motor and ac regulator in hopes it was that simple.

I have also checked these fuses which were good as well. I’m completely lost on what could be causing this.

You're going to need a cheap multimeter and a wiring diagram to see where you've lost 12 volts.
