seems like i’ve replaced my rotors entirely too often.

I installed them on my E92 2.5 years ago and I like them, the brake dust has disappeared and I like the bite.

I run cross-drilled Zimmerman rotors and Akebono pads ony E84. Less initial bite like the reviews say but still good stopping power. And dust? What dust! Night and day difference from OE.
