Could a a bad turbo be causing a misfire in cylinder 5 ? Already changed sparks injectors and coils . But I got one mechanic telling me one turbo went bad . Then got another saying my motor is probably blown .

When my cats clogged, it was caused by a bad injector that diluted the oil and took out the turbos. A condition like that can do mechanical damage to rod bearings, etc. Since you have a single-cylinder misfire that continues after changing injectors and ignition, you need a compression test.

Attempt to move the misfire from cyl 5 to another by changing/moving one component at a time (I'd be tempted to start with fuel injector ie swap 5 with 6). Also see 'Vehicular DIY's' misfire cyl 6 video on Youtube. My misfires have come from injector issues from an oil leaking valve cover. After the leak repair some faulty injectors can be made functional again with a cleanup, seal and coupler replacement, sometimes incorporating the additional use of teflon tape.
