Those in the picture are not M Springs. No factory springs go that low.
To play around with how much room you have, go to willtheyfit.com and enter your current specs and the wheels you like and see how much they move out from factory specs. I have 18x8 ET20 wheels with 225/40R18 tires with ST coilovers on pretty much the highest setting and they work fine. For the above look, in the rear, you'd want wider wheel (i.e. staggered setup) or spacer. |

FIY, 19" may look better, but will not be as comfortable. |

Unless you're going to 275's or 9.5" wide on ET20 you're going to fit fine. M sport springs are the same thing as sport springs which is basically monster truck height at this point.
Not low at all. Pre LCI had 8 mm of more room. And if you're doing sporty driving 18" with more tire sidewall usually rides slightly better and is often lighter. If you want 19s for looks you need to go lower than sport springs. |

M sport doesn't make a difference, all OE springs are very close in height and sport and M sport springs are identical.
It matters much more the width and offset, because your suspension has to compress regardless of how high you start. Short version, M sport springs doesn't matter. Their guide will work for you |
