130i x 320i f30

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a fun and reasonable price car, I have come down to two options: 130i and 320i
I'm more inclined to getting the 130i, but I'm not sure if it would be cheaper to own a 320i (prob stage 2 modified).
The 130i I've seen is a 2006 with around 120k miles, almost 20 years old, things like alternator, ac etc might go bad?

Also, I live in Brazil and currently our pump gas has 27% ethanol and the government is already in a discussion of going 30%. Keeping in mind that as the time passes, the ethanol percentage might go even higher, would this car suck at like 30~35% ethanol ?
Would it be cheaper to own a 320i(it is flex fuel in brazil) or a 130i?
What are the pros and cons?
If you guys could help I'd appreciate
