Rear Passenger Squeak? Near Brakes?

Hey Everyone, I've got a 2010 E91, I've had this annoying squeak coming from the rear passenger side wheel, I've read a couple posts regarding the Brake pad wear sensor it could be touching the rotors? In this case it isn't because I've disconnected it for testing, I know the noise only happens around 10-20km if you push the brake lightly while driving it will go away, it's not brake dust build up I wash that area then it'll still happens? I'm new to BMW so do the caliper guide pins require greasing? Every morning I push the break it makes a clunk like it gets partially stuck but comes right after drive away?

Please any help will be appreciated.
Thanks Guys

Sorry, I actually think it could possibly be the front wheel but does sound like the rear.
I'm also in New Zealand so my passenger side will be some of yous drivers side.
