Dsc matching problems with Dme key / CAS replacement
Does anyone have experience in using a dme / key / CAS from another E90? I've seen some minor discussion on it but no concrete steps to take other than there can be issues with the vin of other components.
My DSC doesn't seem to like the dme no matter what vin I've tried. I'm hoping that there is another component I've missed here.. Full details is here, can I move the discussion to this thread? (Thanks if anyone can help with moving): https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2095963 |

I originally (and incorrectly) thought it was a wake up signal problem.
Thanks also to George for the help so far, I've just been going around in circles trying to follow threads and don't seem to be Making any progress.. |

I'm thinking of ordering a new DSC and trying to code it, if anyone has input on wether this is a wasteful step or not I'd appreciate the input, I don't mind spending but don't want to risk brakes by swapping parts so critical unless it's needed
