Real MPG - E92 328i 2011
Hi All!
New beemer guy here! Nice to meet you all! Just bought my first BMW! Im in love so far! I was trying to find an updated MPG for my model for a commute calculation. I have 1hour per way to work on a really slow "start stop". Which is the lowest mpg I can get on that scenario with AC on? Thanks all! |

2008 E91, 6speed. RWD. The computer (on the car) says 22.5 pretty much consistently - i.e., within a week or so after I reset it and it has had the opportunity to average out. This is how it's been for the nearly 15 years that I've owned the car, so I think that's pretty solidly my data.
My driving is about 75% rural road (40 - 45 mph) with some periodic starting/stopping and 25% highway (65 - 80 mph). I personally have not found that having the air conditioning switched on has made much of a difference...unlike as I recall was the case in my 1972 Buick. ;-) |
