2011 LCI DRL Issue

I just replaced my driver side headlight due to moisture. I replaced both LED modules due to moisture/corrosion. I now have DRL that "pulse" bright and dim when I turn the headlights on. It's roughly 6-7 seconds and alternates. DRL are normal (bright) when no headlights are on. About to start swapping DRL control modules. I did the FRM reset in Protools. A8C5 error keeps coming back. Does this seem like it's the DRL module - was swimming inside old headlight, or is something happening in FRM module?

Just swapped the DRL control module. Problem (pulsing DRL) and error code both moved. Ordered new DRL control module...
