How to fix CIC/Combox/Amp causing battery drain

I have a problem with my car waking up from sleep enough to kill my battery. I ran a test in ISTA and it showed the "radio" waking up 38 times. I am not sure if anyone has had this issue or knows what to fix. Maybe a loose connection or a part than needs to be soldered in the CIC, etc.? I suspect it is a fault in the CIC unit, Combox or the AMP. I have already swapped amps with another used one I had and the problem stays so that is probably not it. It has gotten worse lately and after shut off the car wakes up constantly for a while until the battery gets low enough or the IBS probably says it was too many wakeups. I have to jump start frequently.

the cars with navi or combox or tcu from factory have different JBE and fusebox, with a bistable relay integrated
this allows the car to physically power down these devices if they do not want to sleep

My car came with iDrive from the factory. I just upgraded from CCC to CIC a fee years ago. So I have the right JBE. Also, as far as I know the JBE is the same. Just coded differently. I have read about issues with CCC cars with DVD nav not sleeping because the DVD unit kept trying to read a scratched nav disk, or a bad DVD drive. So apparently they can also wake a car through the CAN bus somehow.

then you can code that car went to sleep mode after 10-15 minutes, not the factory 40-45

How do you code a different sleep pattern? I will also do that when I find what wakes it up every few minutes.
