Source for pre-LCI adaptive headlights?

My passenger (LHD US spec) headlight is experiencing what I believe this forum calls 'lazy eye' and is pointing at the ground. My mechanic simply told me it's 'broken' but didn't give me more info than that. I'm not using him anymore so I have to investigate what's 'broken'. I've read through threads on here and a bunch say just the leveling motor can go but sometimes tabs break internally.
My questions are: what's the best source for new entire headlight assemblies and also internal parts in case I can just fix what's 'broken'. Thanks!
