I have four (4) Grandstand Bleacher tickets to the Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 3rd. These are contiguous seats in Section 128 Row FF. I have similar seats for the Kentucky Oaks, Section 128, Row HH on Friday May 2nd.

I also have a three night stay at the fabulous Ramada Inn on Zorn Avenue - Thursday through Saturday nights. Ok, it's not 'fabulous', but it's a nice room with shuttle service to Churchill Downs.

Our family has had an unexpected conflict and cannot attend. The value of these tickets (and room nights) is easily $2,000.00, but, I will save at least $1,000.00 by not purchasing my wife and girls new dresses/hats/shoes for the event (not to mention Mint Juleps at the track), and will therefore offer this complete package to a 1Addicts buddy for $1,000.00. Heck, the Derby Tickets themselves are worth a grand.
