N54 535xi engine knock ?

Hi, im new to this forum.

I have bmw 535xi N54 hybrid turbos tuned, downpipes and etc, bought like 2 months ago

Noticed a knocking sound when i push gas pedal 1800/2000 - 3500rpm idle or driving in s mode, no other sound when its on iddle without pressing gas.

After i noticed that i drove in total maybe 500km and then gave to my mech, he said i had 1-2l were missing oil in my car, he changed rod bearings that were not so good, oil, filter, but it keeps knocking
(Its knocking only when its warm, not like 2 mins after i turned on engine, but after i drive few kilometers)

I drove with that in total already like 2k-3km kilometers in total (~1500km after rod bearings changed) and it keeps knocking but not getting worse.
I had no oil lamp errors and things like that, the only i had 2-3 times check engine that did not limit car's power, mech said car had 2 errors related to "Fuel pump, PLausibility" and the other one had "Turbocharger boost presule too low" you can see errors on one o the photos

Before changing spun rod bearings we checked oil filter it seemed to be ok with no metal particle, but now i drove my car to mech and the found few (photo)

There is image when i had checkengine (in my opinion its not related to the knocking sound) i had few times check engine shown 1-3 of all time

start with a compression test, maybe you got a slight bent rod. if u spun a bearing, did you measure and verify the motor was worth saving?
