Shifter disconnected? Help?

Hey everybody Recently on my 335 I my shift or disconnected and I drove five minutes home stuck in first gear I don’t know what to do or how to reconnect this if anybody has any insight or any videos because I can’t find anything please help. Thank you.

There should be a circlip to secure this. Look it up on real oem with your Vin number.
