Hi all, I have a E92 with individual audio. The individual audio speakers on the front doors are no longer working and I bought a pair of HK speakers to replace them.

I found that the speaker wiring loom on the door is a 3-pin connector. The HK speakers I bought has a 2-pin connector (pics below).

Is there a harness to hook up the 3-pin door loom to the 2-pin HK speakers? Or its technically not possible?

you missed something
both connectors you show are 2-pin
both door and speaker connector have 2-pin connection
3-pin connector only goes to individual audio crossover box in door
so you need not to use cable from crossover to speaker
but disconnect cable from from door to crossover and connect it directly to HK speaker instead
but i think HK speaker will not tolerate individual levels and fail
or amp circuit will fail due impedance
why you do not want to get replacement individual speakers from ebay instead
there are many sold by one

Thank you for explaining. I would have to look at individual speaker for a direct plug and play.
