My car came back from BMW due a no start, and mentioned that i had that dreaded fibre optic loop code, I was able to loop it before it went in and had sound etc. when it came back this code was thrown 00AEBA (Radio Connection Line to Diversity: Line disconnection. On ISTA it says present. What did they disconnect, I can't loop the fibre anymore either to get my sound back, they said they "think its the amplifer and want 1500 doll hairs.
I was going to find an amp myself and change it but I feel like with this code still present it wont work. Any help would be gratefully appreciated being chasing this all spring and summer can't even drive the car as it also has more issues. Dying slowly watching her just sit there.
