BMW E90 locking/unlocking problems HELP

Hello guys,

I have this problem with my E90... I noticed my lock and unlock range is really really short. But thats not the problem. Sometimes i can't unlock or lock my car when i stand next to the drivers window, or anywhere else. I have comfort access, this thing also sometimes not working when im trying to unlock the car, only passengers side working, somethings broken on the driver side. Whats that could be? The main problem is sometimes i can't lock or unlock with my key fob. PLZ HELP!

Have you replaced the battery in your key fob?
