E91 low profile roof rails

Is there a source for these?

Pretty simple swap? Aside from having to drop the headliner?

Probably dealer only or maybe FCPEuro.

No need to drop the headliner completely just remove A, B & C pillar covers, handles and any other hardware that hold the headliner up to get you enough room to get a ratchet on the bolts.

When I had my E91 I put the Euro rail strips on and was able to use standard e90 roof rack.
