Both banks running lean after three stage intake manifold

Hey guys, had the p0171/0174 codes pop up on my car while idling today, installed manifold, tuned and drove perfectly fine. Still idles normally and drives fine, so not sure what gives. A little fluctuating at idle very minor but idling and driving great. Any ideas why?

Did You crack the rear CCV hose or didn’t replace intake manifold gaskets?
Would be good to smoke test the Intake system for air leaks

I replaced both during install!
