Unhappy Electrical Issue? Weird sensor readings

Hello
Been chasing a issue where the car feels very jerky, high consumption and no fault codes.
When unplugging MAF, seems to run little better and slightly lower consumption.
Thought it to be the MAF sensor after the erratic live data, bought new BOSCH one still no difference. I attached some screenshots that show live data.
First pic is idle
Second pic is idle where i blip the throttle pedal a few times
Third is ignition only.
Should the sensors be like that? MAF and rail pressure erratic.
On ignition, the rail pressure flickers up and down?
Anyone with similar issues? Or any suggestions?
n47 diesel but i am asking here as this forum seems to have answers to anything bmw related. Thank you!
