Quick 3 Stage intake question

Im chasing my tail trying to figure out which one is compatible with an LCI 2012 328xi, my understanding is one has 2 connections and the other version has 1. Can someone tell me which one I need to use that is compatible? Thanks a ton in advance.

Your 328xi should have 2 ports on the manifold. Only 2005-2006 cars have the single port. When buying a used 3 stage manifold, stick to one from the newer year cars and it will be plug and play.

youtube video with lots of info on this:

I’ve used a 3/4 rubber cap onto the plastic hardline as I had troubles getting the 3/4 cap over the manifold connector. You can maybe toss one on one of the ports

I really hate looking dazed and confused. "Fat drunk and Stupid is no way to go through iife"!! One of my favorite movie quotes from animal house lol. Anyway you lost me on the 2005-2006 330i thing...Your saying I should pursuit one from a 2007 model 330i because it has 2 pcv connections which will match my LCI prewiring. I though 2007 is when they dropped the 330i and 3stage intake, ripped our hearts out and demoted us all to the Sub 230 HP club. Thats the part Im not understanding. Now on a side note, man that was cruel for BMW to dangle the sweet high performing package the 330i had to offer in 06 then take it away for marketing reasons. I know they were afraid it may have a negative impact on the 335i I honestly think bmw is scared to death of actually giving its customers the feeling of high value in terms of cost benefit analysis. They keep us on the fringe, asking ourselves is this great performance we adore really worth it....Ive owned 4 bmw's now and I love them all, I just wish for once I can say boy is this thing is a steal. hey thanks for your help, by the way.

First off, thank you for taking the time to educate me, damn this forum is so helpful. What model and year cars came with the 3SIM with 2 PCV's, If the 2006 330i had just one and they dropped it for the 328i for 2007, when did they slip in the 2 connector versions? On a side note, Im relatively new to this forum, low ranking and at the bottom of the chain of command. I noticed people rewarding me with reputation or appreciation points, how can I do that for someone like you in this exact scenario for being helpful?

I think early year 2006 models, and it’s 1 PCV heater port with secondary port into manifold. The second port is redundant and can be blocked off. Right under everyone’s post is a “Appreciate “ button. Stage 3 manifold are from 325i, 330i, N51, 530i, 130i + some others
