Exclamation Intermittent hot coolant temperature. Coolant leak.

Having a confusing issue lately. Not sure if the coolant leak started before or after this. Sometimes the coolant temp will get hot. First time it happened it overheated in a drive through. I finally caught it happening on my mhd and the oil temp was a normal 210 but coolant got up to 235. When i got out of the car the fan was spinning but at normal speeds i feel like it should be spinning fast when its that hot. The issue comes and goes. Is this a voltage issue from a possible low battery? Failing water pump? Sticking thermostat? Even with that why doesnt the fan kick to max speed at temps like that.
