Unhappy E90 320i n46 idle issues

I have bought a 320i with 230tkm. The engine has been overhauled new pistons rings valve stems timing chain exct. Reset adapations new oil filter and oil. Car idles at 500 rpms when VVT and vanos is activated. Throws codes for exhaust and intake vanos over retarted. When VVT sensor is unplugged car idles normally has power no stumbling but shuts off when coming to a stop. Usually throws vanos exhaust code only. Vvt motor works and makes sound when doing adaptations shaft sensor had oil in it. At the low 500 rpm idle car sounds like tractor. Fixed bad ground leads to alternator which are right next to dme. Could this be a dme fault?. Most people when unplug VVT car runs fine on throttle body, mine just shuts off when coming to a stop. When running rough no other codes withing impa or a special diganostic tool "Launch". Codes i think are 2A82 and 2A88 should be vanoses over retarded. When running the car at high rpms 4k for 30 seconds with vvt plugged in car idle normalises but only if the idle is let down slowly, if i press the gas really fast and let it go down fast bad idle resumes. Any help is appricated.
