Turbo Inlets/Outlets

Looking to spoil myself for Christmas and get a new inlet and outlet for my stock turbo N55 335i.
Are they worth upgrading, what effect do they have? I’m already FBO MHD stage 2+ bear in mind.
If so, what brand should I go for? I’m in the UK so ideally ones I can get here
