Missing screw or bolt after getting 335xi back from mechanice

I'm not very handy, but really love my 2011 335i xDrive - after getting a coolant leak checked out, I noticed my car was leaking oil a bit. May not be related to the service, but I took the engine cover off and noticed a screw missing with oil pitted in it. Any idea what's missing? I can change spark plugs and oil, but not exceptionally handy. Any help would be appreciated.

Its for a tow hook, to hold the engine when removing the subframe.

Hope you got the leak sorted? Did the Micky mouse flange let go? Looks like it in picture anyway.

This opening? That's where the engine support threads in when doing various services that would require dropping the subframe.
You have an oil leak, generally it's the valve cover gasket and/or the plastic valve cover. Or someone spilled oil while adding to cap.
