engine missing bolt?

I was adding coolant the other day and I saw a missing bolt in the engine next to the oil filter? Does anyone know the part code for this? or any other advice

It's where you install the tow hook to lift or support the engine.

Uh....I see something else. Searching around yet another photo that is WAY too big, I see an aluminum bolt that has had its head sheared off. On the oil filter housing gasket. So you're not literally "missing a bolt" but you have a bolt missing its head and not holding two things together like it should. And you're leaking coolant? Not surprising.

You are seeing the back side of the bolt. It's installed from the bottom.
