Power supply to 12v

Hi,
I have a e90 320d 2009. So i just switched out my ashtray with custom cupholders with a 12v in between the cupholders. But now after installing the cupholders none of my 12v works, not even the one in my arm rest. Please help, both of them worked perfectly just before disconnecting the cabels

Even though there is only one fuse there is a 12v in the ashtray and in the arm rest, it turned out the fuse was broken so i switched it out but still nothing
