Ford Diesel Superduty Truck runs 12.5

I'm having work done on my house and the masonary guy has a full size Ford Super Duty, with full cab. Truck is HUGE. he says 7k lbs. I say he's right. He has this tuner called Bully Dog, or Bully box, he plugs it in and tuns the boost up 100%, up to over 40lbs of boost. All he had was an exhaust besides this tuner. He brake revs till BLACK smoke pours out of the pipes, and let go of the brake and boom this thing just launches, its an unreal feeling in something so big. I looked it up online you can see these beating everything all day long. He also blew 4 trannys, but just sets it back down to 0 and brings it to dealer. Anyone else heard of these things?
