Snapped the upper water pump bolt!

Hey guys I’m new here to these forums and this will be my first post. I’ve been a big enthusiast upon my n54 335i and today I snapped the upper bolt when putting in my water pump. The question is do you think I will be fine with the lower two in? Or do you think it’s best to remove that upper bolt and redo this job. Also am I at risk of that upper bolt expanding to heat and getting stuck forever? Thanks!

I only have 2 in and it’s been 60k no issues. Just makes it a bit easier next time you replace the water pump.

previous owner also snapped a bolt on the water pump, and no issue.
