Back motor coolant leak

Ive had this leak for a while and it seems to be getting worse, as ive been having to top off the coolant more often. Drips from right here, i also have stains on my downpipe and a little white stain on the bottom of my rear turbo silicone inlet. I suspect rear coolant feed, its the only thing above the inlet and this area that i am aware coolant runs thru, but I put in all new lines when I did the turbos about 5k miles ago... fcp euro parts btw

Ik the pics are mid at best, the second has a drip that looks like its on the bellhousing.

I just want to know what parts I should order before tearing the car back apart because i know this job is a PITA

I do also see some oil stains but i dont lose enough to have to refill between changes so I am not concerned

If it's pooling near the bellhousing, also inspect any nearby gaskets or fittings. Might be worth a pressure test before tearing it all apart again. Bmw oe coolant mixed with distilled water, ive also noticed that it leaks moreso when the engine is cool, not when its up to temp and running.. i'll notice it start to drip an hour or so after being shut off, which is another reason why i suspect the turbo lines (o ring contracting and expanding)
