Coding transmission question

I need serious help with my 335is it’s running DCAN on the OBD and I recently installed a 2018 M4 transmission that communicates using ENET how can I bypass or what do I need to buy to code my car since it won’t start over due to that issue

they both talk using pt-can to car
but m4 have one more pt-can
so i advise either to get skills to compare dct controller boards and flash them or swap the electronics from 335is to m4 box
