Sales Rep question

Hi,
I have been using this BMW sales rep many times in the same dealer. He was on vacation last time I visited so I worked with a new guy. Now it is time to renew. Should I go with the new guy or go back to the person I used to work with? Both are nice guys.

I wouldn't get stuck on etiquette. The sales people need to earn your loyalty.

Who are you more comfortable with? Which one treated you better? I've used the same sales guy for 7 vehicles because he is fair, he knows what I want and doesn't pull any BS.

As long as the original salesperson has treated you correctly don’t switch.

Also, you should always call first and make an appointment which will ensure your salesperson is working on the day you plan to visit the dealership. This would help to avoid any possible conflict between the salespeople.

I'd go to the original. They have a hard job and a bad reputation, so the ones that work hard to be good sales people should be rewarded with our business.
