F15 X5 4.4L Has codes after engine replacement Crank No Start

Replaced a engine that was locked up customer said car has a tune but idk heres the codes list...

1D2404 Map thermostat,activation:line disconnect
1F4A10 Relay, ignition and injectors: line disconnect
201004 CBS client: Output of substitute value
20A504 Turbo coolant pump actuation:line disconnect
CD8E12 LIN,Message alt missing
CD9001 LIN message aux coolant pump charge air missing

ANY Insight would be great!

I have found it! number4 plug on DME1 was on DME 2, Must have been exhausted to not see the big yellow 4 marked on that plug...
