Brakes cruise control vs LIM

Hey !

I an interested to know if regular cruise control or even LIM function use brakes or only throttle ? (I know cruise control use brakes when it’s downhill).

Cruise control uses brakes on hills, limiter doesn’t use brakes or throttle at all.
