DIY for changing Filter of Air Condition

Has someone already done this by himself?
I know it's part of a service, but I'd like to cut the interval of change to half.
I did this with all of my cars, this avoids smelliness after turning the air condition off.

A diy with pics would not be bad.

Thx for support

The microfilter thing is extremely easy to change but I am not sure that it is the only filter on the AC... Does anyone know?

Found in a German Forum that it should be done the same way like changing it for a E46.
Not sure about it, but I'll try out next time and advice.

No problem, I took care of it.

Apologies to SoYank for stealing part of his picture from the "Lighter Side" forum.

Tx, you better be careful with what you say, BK has an incriminating photo against you.

This image looks to appear from the European Wizard of Oz.
