Rattle/clicking noise in doorstyle

I have some rattle/clicking noise coming from the doorstyle between the front and rear door on the drivers side of the car. When i'm driving on a bumpy road it's verry annoying and it's just on my left ear (tictictic) !! Does someone have this kind of clicking too ? If so, what can i do about it ?

Didn't check out the TSB sticky thread, eh?

This is a common problem and BMW knows how to fix it.
