I think I have the exact same packages as you, but with CA as well, and mine came out to about 42k before tax, license, and stuff. I think a better estimate is to ask how much over invoice people got their cars for. Do a search to find out how much each package costs at invoice and add it all up. I'm not sure if dealers are willing to go below invoice yet, but I got mine for $300 over invoice which was a pretty good deal 4 months ago.

Go to www.edmunds.com to calc invoice cost on all the options and car you want. Add $1,000. Add tax. Pretty good starting point. If you get that price without the "Hidden" invoice costs added on that supposedly are not in Edmunds site (BMW training, BMW MACC) you've done well. May be different in CA where I've seen claims of invoice +$500 + tax out the door, but I find them hard to believe.
