ED Pricing

I'm new to the forum, but am obsessed wtih the ED program. I'm planning on an Octoberfest ED for a 325i (so if anyone else is going to be there - let's have a beer!). I've got two questions that I'm hoping for some help with...

1.- Does anyone know if the 325s delivered on the last week in september will be '06 or '07? If it is going to be an '07 - what's going to change?

2.- I've looked at the september BMW pricing list

and been to the dealership to negotiate. Are they trying to pad the price on me, and if so, does anyone have the name of a dealer who will do better?

LOL I answered your Q's on bimmerfest already. For ED questions that's a better site for responses.
