Fs: used NordicTrack C2255 Treadmill
![]() The Nordictrack C2255 has several unique features and my two favorite are the intensity meter and the carb counter. The intensity meter changes from blue to red depending on the intensity of your workout. This allows you to step it up or slow it down depending on your personal needs and goals. This visual cue is a great motivator and will help you keep in your zone. Watching your carbs? Want to know how many carbs you burn during your workout? The carb counter will give you an accurate count of how many carbs you have burned during your workout. I find this especially good when you have "cheated" on your low carb diet and want to burn them off. Have you ever wondered how many miles you are walking or running during your workout? How about knowing how many total miles you have walked since you started your treadmill workouts? With the odometer and MyMiles tracker you can do just that. Working like a car odometer you can reset your miles for each workout, while you can keep track over a longer time. While many treadmill have a built in console fan, the fan on the NordicTrack C2255 is a bit different. Yes, you can control the speed of the fan for low, medium and high, but there is also an breeze setting which changes the speed of the fan depending on your workout. Work faster and harder and the fan adjusts, lower your intensity and the fan automatically slows down. This is a really cool feature when you are doing circuit training as you don't have to worry about switching fan settings. |
