Max Tires Size for Non-Staggered Track Wheel/Tire Set Up?

I have decided to purchase a set of wheels/tires for dedicated track use. I'm leaning towards the Hoosier R6 for the tire but am open to suggestions. I want to run a non-staggered set up to reduce understeer and allow full rotation. Given that the size of the tires will be limited to what I can run on the front, does anyone know the max tire size/treadwidth that can be run up front?

Do you have a lot of track experience? I would say, stick with street tires to learn the car better rather then hoping into the r-compound field where r-comps can mask driving disabilities.

As far as track tire setups, iv seen guys run 265's up front with super rolled/flared fenders depending on offsets.

i run a non staggered 245 on Nitto NT05's and i actually rub the front fender wells with the setup. Of course after driving around for a bit with the tire rubbing the plastic fender well, it pretty much shaved/burned it off so now it doesnt rub anymore. I think if you did a bit of work, 255 would work, but thats probably the max.
