What happens when your navi unit is reprogrammed
Had it reprogammed and then the unit was completely swapped out. Does that mean my ecu software was updated or are they totally different from one another?

When they swapped my CCC unit they reprogrammed the car afterwards. I would assume that to be standard practice to avoid mismatched software levels between the CCC and other components.

So basically if you are pre-29.2, then you the new updates for the I-Drive would thus introduce the dreaded lag issue.
